OPS Publisher, the private tool that posts our episodes, is used by one person to post to our own accounts. It never touches anyone else's data.
1Who we are
Only Ops Knows ("OPS!") is an independent animated comedy series about logistics and working life in Singapore. It is run by one person in Singapore.

2This website
onlyopsknows.com is a single static page. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to fill in.
- We do not ask you to register, log in, or submit any form.
- We do not set cookies, and we do not use browser storage of any kind.
- We do not run Google Analytics, a Facebook pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracker.
- Every image on the page is built into the page itself, so your browser does not fetch files from other companies while you read it.
- We do not build profiles, we do not run ads, and we have nothing to sell to a data broker.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses, purely to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not read those logs to identify anyone, and we do not combine them with anything else.
Links to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Threads are plain links. The moment you click one you are on their website, and their privacy policy applies instead of ours.
3OPS Publisher, our YouTube app
OPS Publisher is a private tool that runs on the owner's own computer. It does one job: publish each new OPS! episode to our own YouTube channel and our own social accounts, so it does not have to be done by hand five times over.
- One user. The only person who uses it is the owner of this site and channel. It is not offered to anyone else.
- What it asks Google for. Permission to upload videos to YouTube
(
youtube.upload) and to read basic details of our own channel (youtube.readonly). - Whose account. The only Google account it ever connects to is our own.
- Where the keys live. Google access tokens are kept in a file on the owner's own computer. They are never uploaded to a server and never shared.
- Other people's data. None. The app has no users to collect data from, and it does not read, store, or pass on any other person's Google information.
- No advertising, no selling, no snooping. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and no human reads it.
Limited Use. OPS Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4Children
OPS! is written for a working adult audience. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
5Your rights
Because we hold no personal information about visitors, there is nothing for us to show you, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, email us and we will check and tell you honestly.
6Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
